About Hope in SA
HOPE in SA's premise is that a relatively small donation - $10 a month – can have a large impact on a country where severe poverty is still prevalent and where the HIV/AIDS epidemic has devastated millions. Many people each donating $10 per month can become something significant!
Mission
HOPE in SA's mission is to generate positive social impact in South Africa by raising money for specific projects where we can have maximum impact on a community. Projects are evaluated on the following criteria:
- Project must have considerable impact on surrounding community.
- Majority of funds must be directed towards the project being funded (goal is 95%+).
- Beneficiary must possess a passionate, committed leadership team.
- Where possible, Hope in SA will give priority to initiatives with minimal access to alternative funding.
Our current beneficiary is HOPE Foundation.
